Hey guys, I'm not really a part of any other forums so yeah I'll just put this here LOL

Anyways I have a few questions, what happens in this situation (intersection with lights) when theres a dude trying to take a left turn, and I'm to the left of him trying to make a right turn. I guess he gets right of way? Or can we both go at the same time (I once drove through and took the right turn but the guy kinda looked at me like "wtf?" lol)

(you're gonna have to click the image, then click it again, then click again to magnify it, did it in paint and it wouldnt let me resize the horiz)

Also what happens in the situation like this where I'm making a left turn, and these people are making left turns too (no stop signs).

I'm assuming they get ROW since theyre on the right of me, but whenever I come to this area they always seem to wait for people to make their left turn.

I'm pretty sure that it would be ok to go directly after he does. Often times people turn on their blinkers accidentally and continue driving straight. Make sure to check that that isn't one of these instances.

For the second picture, T-intersections should always be treated as 3-way stops unless a stop sign or something else indicates otherwise. So the people wait because you arrived first and have the right of way.

The diagram seems to indicate that the other driver had a green light and you had a red light; shouldn't that settle all question of right of way? :P

These are the rules. Learn them, live them, love them:
Whoever is there first ALWAYS has the ROW.
If you get there at the same time, the person on the RIGHT has the the ROW.
If you are facing each other, the person going STRAIT has the ROW.
If you are both turning, to the same lane, then whoever is making the right turn has the ROW
When in doubt, just flag the other person to go.

thanks guys I think I've got it, still not 100% on the right turn w/ the other guy left turning at lights though. As for the t-intersection thinking of it like a 3 way stop is a good way of figuring things out. and to xaos you can turn right at a red light lol, maybe I should let the other person start their turn first though since I can turn right whenever I want, while the dude turning left is trying to turn before his light turns red. to pirate, aren't those rules just for 4-way stops etc.?

As for the first one, i always turn right on red when the person to my right is turning left, because if i somehow failed to see an oncoming vehicle, that person would be hit first :P
