No one really knows who was the author of Genesis, or any of the earliest books for that matter. They are historically attributed to Moses, but most scholars nowadays do not adhere to that belief. The most concise answer I can give you regarding the prevailing scholarly view on the question of who wrote these books is "it's complicated".

I hold to Mosaic authorship for the vast majority of the text (not including parts like his death :P ). Although the stated arguments against the authorship you suggest are well reasoned and evidenced (additionally with NT Gospel doubt), I find it curious that you provide no reasoning for your "simple disagreement".
