Well I used to weigh right around 120 lbs..My parents own a Dairy Queen so I was basically born and raised off of fast food and junk food.I was completely happy with that weight and had no intentions of losing weight but when I went off to college and actually started eating healthyI ended up losing close to 15 lbs which is a lot considering i didnt weigh much to begin with.

Well I recently got compliments in the summer about the weight change and now I'm sitting right around 110 lbs. I'd like to keep at 110 lbs but I was wondering if I started eating fast food/junk food again if I would get back to 120lbs.

Keep in mind that it really didnt matter what I ate before, I wouldn't go over about 123 lbs, even if I just ate a large blizzard before bed every night.

So what do you guys think? Anyone have experience with weight gain or loss?

Moderation is always key. Eat a certain amount of calories your body is attuned to and you'll stay at your current weight, eat more than that amount and you'll gain. If you want to maintain your weight and treat yourself to junk food, you're going to have to burn off the excess calories or eat less for that day.

An ice cream everyday isn't a very good idea though in the first place......

Thats why I'm asking... Before it didn't matter what I ate, i was always going to stay around 120. but now that i lost weight if i eat whatever i want am i going to go back to 120?

Well that's what I said. Yes, your current weight is maintained by the amount of calories that you currently eat from the healthier foods since college, if you eat junk food again and not do anything else you'll likely go straight back to being around 120 due to the added calories. It'd be a good idea to start working out and treating yourself every once in a while instead, that way you can stay around 110.
