I sliced my hand at work on saturday. It is a 1cm cut on the outer side of my pinkie. It is pretty deep, but not deep enough for stitches.

I am playing bass at a concert on friday and I would like my finger to be as healed as it can. If you have any ideas that will heal quick please let me know.

Thank you

Go to your town's white mage, she'll be able to patch you up quickly.

when I was a cook and cut myself, I would just make a mix of lemon juice and salt.

it seemed to cauterize the wound so it would stop bleeding, and formed a pretty tough scab. Stung reeeeeeeeeeally bad though.

if youre using that finger, though, I just recommend wrapping it in duct tape and using a finger condom

You should buy some healing spices from your local merchant. You can always buy a bunch of those with 300 rupees, but just be sure you don't overstock your pockets with the spices or else that would over burden your opportunities to pick up other valuable items along your paths. Also your traveling speed might slow down a bit.

There's no magical way to heal faster. Avoid using antimicrobial ointments, as I believe those have been shown to slow healing. I do know of at least 1 bass player and a couple other musicians who have used super glue in a pinch.

Yes I agree, you should try some super glue. Apply a very thin layer (liquid- not gel), wait for it to dry, and repeat.

It only hurts for a few seconds and works really well. It makes it a nice, clean, disinfected wound that doesnt bleed.

FINGER CONDOM FTW! I had to wear one of those, along with 2 HUGE pieces of gause and like 5 bandaids... Not the best day of my life...

I have tried super glue before when I wiped out on my bike years ago and had a huge gash in my forearm, but it just slowed down the healing. I`m sure that it would work if I needed it to be healed quickly. But I have 4 more days to sweat it out...

Man up and pour some peroxide on that slit, where a bandage and its all good. If you just leave it, it will/could get infected and hurt like a mofo.
