Quote Alert?

All we want in life is for our witty little comment to be quoted by someone. Do you wish there was an unobtrusive nonifcation that let you know if someone quoted you, then a link to the topic page? Or even a icon (like the "sticky pin" and "Green new message bubble) next to topic that you have been quoted in.

Actually yeah, that's a good idea. Mostly because I feel rude if I don't respond and someone has quoted me.

Only if we can turn it off. I usually have a habit of checking the threads I posted in to see any responses. The only reason I am not sure I am down with it is sometimes I post in some areas where quote replies are going constantly like Roll Call.

We would probably just stop quoting everyone. But... a quote bubble next to the thread is fine. I thought it would be like flooding your PM box or something. :P

It's good idea, but then people wouldn't check back on topics unless someone quoted them. I just use my post history and check every time there is new message in the thread.Overlord93

No, it would spam my inbox like crazy. I post so much now a days, that sort of thing would be way too much. But for a casual OTer it would be great.
