"new forum posts" widget...or...updater for website homepage

i'm re-designing my website and i wanna add a a feed onto the homepage that shows all the new posts on my forum.

i want this feed to update automatically with all the newest forum posts.

any ideas for how i can accomplish this?

What forum technology is it? If it's possible, I would assume it's already been done and Google would hold the answers.spazzx625
