Yes, you definitely want to keep that in mind. Whenever you are doing photography or art, you always want to have a focal point in mind... Something that you want to viewer to be drawn towards. If the picture lacks that focal point, then it would be very confusing to the viewer with what exactly the point of it is.
With the exception of #1, they are commercial quality images, provided you have a buyer lined up.
Art photography or Documentary Photography is a different kettle of fish, and none would qualify.
