To be honest, it's probably because interesting news always hits the OT, and I can grab it and post it in other forums so I can be the first there.

I'd say 8/10 purely because i have been on Gamespot for awhile now and it's like my home on the interwebz. OT being my favourite board by far lol

It's biggest problem is the moderators and the ToS are ridiculous at times, point in question the recent locking of a topic regarding shaving a certain area of body hair when only a few hours later someone makes a topic about "the best way to die" and other crappy topics which dont get locked. The OT needs to be changed to 18+ so we can actually talk about non game related topics like the adults we are instead of walk around on egg shells ever fearing the ban hammer. I think Gamespot's ToS forgets that not everyone who comes to this website is under the age of 18, some of us are old enough to drink, smoke, have sex and do other stuff which we want to chat about.

But instead we have to be extra carefull because people here are so easily offended because they aren't mature enough to understand criticism or differing opinions. This leads me onto my next point, the Moderators. I feel the way in which they are chosen is a little flawed or at the very best not clear enough as to the how and reasons for someone being chosen. Another thing is i've noticed some moderators that are pretty young and by that i mean under 18 which i don't agree in, there should be an age limit of 18+ for them and anyone under that shouldn't be considered for the position at all.

well it changes all the time.....there a lot of users and not all are online all the time

but I always check this site out and read some stuff for fun.. so I like it here

I used to like it alot more...my usage has gone down very sharply recently...

The culture is too diverse here to tally it off.

Some people could potentially make it a 1/10 while others make it a 8/10, wouldn't be fair to tarnish all under the same brush.
