Rate this actor : Brad Pitt (1-10)

I give him a 9. He always gets different movie roles (his acting in Burn after Reading is completely different to the his acting in Troy). He has made great movie choices. He has had 2 oscar nominations up to now. I can't wait to see him in Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds.

I got the idea from Cone_zone's "Rate Adam Sandler" thread. 8)

I would give him a 8.

I think he's really good. 9 / 10

5/10....adequate in some films....doesn't stretch too much and does horrible accents.

About an 8/10. He didnt deserve the nomination for Benjamin Button. His performance was flat. But he is still a very good actor, and of course, Fight Club. I cant wait to see Inglorious Basterds.

i watched Burn After Reading for the first time last night. he was great.

7. He can play some very eccentric characters and has made some exceptional script choices. In addition, althoughI don't think he always performs to the best of his potential, sometimes because the script doesn't warrant it, he does have a few dramatic roles that he performs very well in. I still wouldn't rank him among the best of all time, but he is is well abover average. I have to admit I haven't seen Benjamin Button yet, that might make me bump him up to an 8.

Brad Pitt is one of those weird actors that's both overrated and underrated, because he's overrated by a lot of people and hated by many more who think he's an overrated trashy actor :P.

Overall, though, I'd probably give him somewhere around a 7.5, maybe an 8.

He is a great actor, and often chooses very good roles. Meet Joe Black, Burn After Reading, Fight Club, and Mr and Mrs Smith were some of his better roles imo.

I didnt like him in Troy; he just didnt seem into the role.

He is also great on King of the Hill

Well, I only saw him in one movie, that was Joe Black, he seemed to be a good actor. Dunno if I know him enough to give him a score.

He gets a 9/10 from me. He can be extremely good when he wants to be. I love his performances in Snatch, Se7en, Fight Club, Burn After Reading.

I agree with the TC. Also, The Assassination of Jesse James is one of Brad's more under appreciated movies.
