They've done some pretty funny and fantastic covers in their day.

I'd have to rate them...AWESOME...

Dave Grohl is an incredible musician but most of the Foo Fighters recent albums are not very good. The self titled album is great and so is The Colour and the Shape. The rest is just decent.

I want to give them a 10/10 because I'm such a huge fan, but I'll say 9/10 because even a fanboy like me can see flaws. Love em.

Pretty good.

I used to like them; I can't really give a fair rating though, since I've only heard bits and pieces of their discography. The only full album I ever heard by them was One By One, and I haven't listened to anything after the album that followed (whatever it was called).

5/10 they get a point knocked off for being complainers in political rallies

they got some good songs and some bad ones

6/10. There songs are catchy but they have never made anything I'd consider a masterpiece or revolutionary. I find it kind of obvious that they are watered down for the radio.

They are SOO hit and miss. Their first album had 4 really REALLY good songs. The rest sucked.. The Colour and the Shape was pretty good all the way through..One by One had like 5 really good songs on it the rest sucked.. And then the rest of their albums are mostly all terrible. Especially everything after their double album which didn't even have enough quality stuff for an E.P.

Im not a big fan. I just dont think Grohl makes a very good front man.Big_Bad_Sad

I would say barely above average, mainly due to their early albums. They really dropped the ball mid-career though. What Dave did with Queen's of the Stone Age and Theme Crooked Vultures is leagues ahead of anything Foo Fighters in the past 10 years.

This. Middle of the road - they're okay. Mr Grohls greatest and far more interesting work has been outside of Foo Fighters
