Indeed. I see a tunnel with green lights lining it, a metallic floor and organic walls. That thing on the wall is an extra light or something. Reminds of that one Halo 2 map and the light cabinet thing reminds me of Prey.

Actually, they weren't meant to be organic. Thst's just me failing miserably at drawing rocks.
It's hard to quantify it with a rating. You are a beginner artist who is still developing your styIe and sense of perspective. You definitely need some improvement but it will come with more practice. You have a good foundation and need to build on it.
Not too bad for a beginner; you've got a fairly good sense about colors and lighting. That being said, however, this piece isn't really impressive, and you've got a ways to go. But its a start, i guess. 2/10, if you want a number.
If I were to rate it based on all the digital paintings I've seen I would say it's far from the best. But seeing as you're getting accustomed to photoshop it's ok. Get a pen tablet if you haven't already.
