Rate this movie: Forrest Gump

What did you think of forrest gump? What do you rate it out of 10?

I give it a 10/10. Its one of my all time favorite movies. Tom Hanks puts on the best acting performance i have ever seen. Overall its just a GREAT movie.

Anyone think that The Curious Case of Benjamin Button was a rip off of Forest Gump. I liked it, but they were just too similar

Forrest Gump is one of my favorite movies so it deserves a 10/10. Plus it had a sad ending so it deserves it. :(

10/10: For it being a mainstream movie and coming out of the mid 90s, the movie was absolutely phenominal. I can't see any other movie doing historical fiction like Forrest Gump - plus it was Tom Hanks XD

Then again, I'm a sucker for storytelling movies like Forrest Gump and Big Fish.

Its a 9/10 for me I absolutely love it but one or two scenes are a little cheesy. Still one of my favourite movies though.domatron23

It's just way too sentimental and cheesy for me.. :P

But it is a great movie and Tom Hanks had a fantastic performance

The slow voice started to extremely annoy me 15 minutes into the movie.

Nice story though.

8/10. the overall premise, and the acting is brilliant, but I think the writing could've been a little better. It tries really hard to be a tear jerker, but to be honest, it didn't really pull it off that well. There were a few scenes that got to me, though
