No creativity
The form of each character looks completely different in each panel. Even for the Pokemon, their proportions aren't true to their original design. They don't make sense on their own. They look like they wouldn't be able to move. Even Pokemon need skeletal structures that make sense...at least the ones that are based on mammals.
No defined light source, misplaced highlights, not enough value where value was attempted.
The only positive thing I have to say is that it looks clean in presentation and that your friend was thoughtful enough to make you a card even if his/her drawing skill needs work. :D :evil:
