Threads - 5.7 (Mostly unoriginal trash, but you get that awesome one - like this one - here or there, now and again.. :D)
Users - 8.7 (Most users are great. There's the minority that are annoying though...)
Activity - 9.2 (In the day, it's pretty slow. Later on, it starts to move more quickly due to the Americans coming online :P)
Moderation - 6.8 (I hate the rules, but the mods enforce them well...)
Overall - 30.4/4 = 7.6

Comments: I love Off Topic! It's a place to relax at the end of the day and chat with friends and other video gamers. I wish though, that when a friend logged on a pop-up message appeared saying that they logged on. That'd be cool! :)
