Blade (I use generic disposables); not only a better shave but it helps peel off dead outer skin layers. Hell, girls pay a zillion dollars for creams and lotions to do the same thing.
Blade... Electric don't cut it :P excuse the pun...If you have problems with trying to cut your whiskers... Get a Gillette Fusion!
