i usally eat bread and curry/hash browns during breakfast and rice during lunch and dinnerAvoid rice at dinner . Have roti or chappati instead . Rest diet is perfect .
On morning have 1 tbsp Honey along with lemon mixed in a warm cup of water . Helps to lose weight very much .
