Real men don't give a F***.Head_of_games
pretty much this.
My good friend loves strawberry milk. Loves it. Drinks it all the time. When given a ration of crap one day by some frat-like dbagabout how much he loves "pink stuff" he took a big draw from his glass, filled to the brim with ice cold frothy pink-colored, strawberry milk, swallowed with an audible "gulp" sound, leaned back in his recliner, and said: "sometimes...sometimes a man has to drink something pink".
Since that day, I have been secure in my masculinity, and have no qualms about drinking pink fluids, ranging from strawberry milk to cosmos to gin and cranberry.
I love Vegeta especially when he turned into a gruff but dutiful husband. But really it's more funny that everyone was so wrapped up on the idea of a pink shirt when they should have been more alarmed by those glowingly bright pants!
But as far as the pink thing goes it's fine on guys as pink used to be thought of as a more masculine color due to its relation with red originally and was considered a bold and strong color next to the more dainty blue which was thought to be more suitable for girls. It really wasn't until the mid '40s or so that clothing manufacturers decided to go with pink for girls and blue for boys that the colors really became entrenched in Western society as sex specific colors.
I'll gladly wear a pink shirt, but I'm not a fan of those garish in your face bright pinks. Got a few mates who turn their noses up at pink shirts, but it's just a case of being confident in your sexuality rather than have the immature "only girls and homos wear pink" mindset
don't care if its pink, but it's certainly not my favorite color or my first pick for a shirt in that color to begin with either.
black, red, yellow, turqoise, green come to mind right away.
Before someone jumps down my throat over my percieved insecurities about my masculinity, i also don't like plaid shirts. So apparently i'm also afraid of being too outdoorsy (manly).
and if the Ice cream thing stands, i don't like strawberry ice cream at all (hate the taste). but right after my personal favorite (Rocky Road), my favorite cold food is Rainbow Sherbert.
so take that as you will. :P

The girls reaction in the background says it all.. does this look like a real man? Real men don't wear pink.. only ********'s do.
So you judge an entire colour based on one photo with one person wearing that colour and not knowing what that girl is actually doing? Right, thats logicalThe girls reaction in the background says it all.. does this look like a real man? Real men don't wear pink.. only ********'s do.Rattlesnake_8
I don't care if real men wear it or not, I won't wear pink or any other bright colors (aside from red).
The colour pink used to be considered a very mascuine colour until the Barbie toys appeared back in the 1950s or so. After that a very narrow mindset developed that saw pink as a feminine colour.
If you like the colour pink then that's what you like, a narrow mindset shouldn't stop you.
Pink was sorta popular in America (or in at least in public schools in NC) like 5 years ago. Nowadays most people don't seem to really care. You still get labeled regardless of how you act, dress, talk, look, etc.
