No. Just no.
Even if that little twist would magically keep the water from spilling (which it wouldn't) it would not keep the EXACT shape of the cup. In fact if it was a vortex it would spin out and collapse just like his "failed" attempts. The edges of water do not magically turn solid.
I really have to facepalm at people who think this is real.
If you're having trouble, try adding a little bit of vinegar to the water.SolidSnake35
