Some months ago her video randomly charged viewers to see her video, shortly after that her video was removed. Now once again, Rebecca Black is back. :D

so.. i will never understand this.. out of all the terrible original songs made up by teens on the internet, why is she famous one?

Because so many people gave her attention. It doesn't matter if you're are a good singer or not, as long as you get a lot of attention that is enough to make you famous. Just look at our "favourite" celebrity Justin Bieber as an example.
