Can you please recommend me a good American television series show. I just watched some episodes of Chuck and Nikita and really like the whole spy theme. You guys have any good recommendations for action series?

The Unit is available on DvD. It deals with a group of Delta Force soldiers.

The first few seasons of 24 are good, but a little dark. The first season of Heroes is good, the rest are garbage. Alias used to be good, but it's old.

You should watch Dexter. I dont care if it's action or not. YOU MUST WATCH THE SHOW AND SEE HOW AWESOME IT IS.
