There should be an option in some submenu that will allow you to do this.

Look for sth like "Invert colours" "Negative colours" etc.

It's simple, Blue.

Blue = Water ; Red = Fire

Water = Blastoise ; Fire = Charizard

Charizard and Blastoise are type enemies. So it's blue.
