Just go to paint, use the bucket tool and fill the area with red.

The 'paint' in W7 doesn't have an 'image' option.

The 'paint' in W7 doesn't have an 'image' option.

Well just look around.

There should be an option in some submenu that will allow you to do this.

Look for sth like "Invert colours" "Negative colours" etc.

I found it,but there's no negative option.There's crop,resize,rotate,rectangular and free form selection,select all ,invert selection,delete and transparent selection.

It's an EM wave so obviously the opposite of red+ would be red- though you would still see it as red.

Wouldn't that just invert the hex key? (FF0000 to 00FFFF) The hex key is limited to a finite number of frequencies and dosn't cover the non-visible spectrum at all.

It's simple, Blue.

Blue = Water ; Red = Fire

Water = Blastoise ; Fire = Charizard

Charizard and Blastoise are type enemies. So it's blue.

Have any of you even played Pokemon?
