Behold.

I really wish I can do something I love like this guy does for a living.

This has got to be of the greatest radio rants i've ever heard of in sports. The passion he shows reminds me why I love sports so much. I probably would feel the same way if I was a Redskins fan after that horrendous game on Monday vs. Vick and the Eagles.

...and hopefully he eventually realizes that it was just a sporting event that he should only be watching for his entertainment.

Sorry, it's way funner to be emotionally attached to your team.

The co-host egging him on was the best. "Get 'em, Chad!" But yeah, the Skins has a rought time on Monday, but it wasn't all the Redskins' mistakes; Vick was really on fire.

Would listen to the whole thing if it was shorter but from what I heard its sounds like he's thinking the football players feel okay with the loss. I'm 99% sure that's not the case. In fact I'm pretty sure the coaches probably gave that same speech.

its one thing to be passionate about your team, and another to treat them like jesus just got off his cross and said "**** it."

Yea, but that's how sports go, Vick had an awesome game, and despite his past, he had a day to remember as a QB. Congrats to him, and to those can't get let their feelings go and congratulate him as well, they need to take a look at their situation, and find out why they're so bitter.

People who care so much about sports teams are pretty sad. The people on the team don't give two ****s about rivalries or team history or anything like that, but the fans go crazy over it. Nutty.

Not all sports fans are like that...thank God -for some of us, it is just entertainment (like a movie), and the feelings stop when the game does

The world would be better off if more fans were like the radio guy instead of fairweather fans. Nothing beats being the thrill of your team winning an epic game when you put so much emotionally into that team. Or the 1 week depression that comes after losing one. Just check and sports teams' message boards to see what I'm talking about.

And the rioting that would follow that would cause millions in damage and injuries. I'm loving listening to this guy's rant, sports are such a silly thing to get this angry over.

It's not healthy to be so obsessed with the accomplishments of other people, or to buy in to the ridiculous costuming sports have. The guy on the radio is nothing though, hardcore soccer fans are by far the worst.

I am not a fair weather fan :? Supported the Cowboys since '90 Went to Tech for 8+ years I enjoy watching the games, but they do not determine my mood. ...I refuse to care more about them than the players (who laugh and joke after every loss...just like most guys after they play a game). They are fun to watch, but that is all

You must have emotionally attached sports fans confused with ridiculously hardcore soccer fans.

Exactly. I see sports for what it is . . . an enjoyable escape from reality. In fact when I watch college basketball I don't even cheer. I just like to sit and watch.

Gotta love football.

Why doesn't McNabb get appreciated no matter what he does?

Good point, but the contract was done to shut up the media about Shanahan's dislike of McNabb. I think he'll be released at the end of the season, even with that nice brand-new contract.

God I wish I could say the same.

I'm usually calm, cool, and collected, but when the Packers are *****ing up, I'll rage.
