My dad and I are both atheists but we celebrate christmas and everything, and I'll go to church occasionally with my mom (my family is methodist). I'd like to disprove the stereotype that atheists are offended at anything remotely religious.

I like that. My dad is Agnostic but my mum is (not a particularly religious) Catholic. I was raised Catholic until the age of 12 when I made my own mind up. But I had a Communion and my dad attended. It's not the same but I get what you are saying.

There are probably more atheists than you'd think, but you wouldn't know because they keep it to themselves.
I do think saying bless you is kinda stupid, but just because I'm pretty sure most everybody realizes sneezes aren't caused by the devil. I guess it's just tradition though.

I guess it is tradition yeah, but I only say it because I have never known any different. Also, I just find it plain rude if I, or someone else, doesn't say it. I consider it more courtesy than religious.

Ah, very well then. I gave up on religion about 2 years ago, but I still have certain beliefs that are down to personal opinion, but I just say "bless you" because like I said a few posts ago, I consider it common courtesy
