the makers of advent children should of made it......the CGI is kinda meh...will this movie release in theaters? or come straight to DVD / Blu-ray?ReaperV7
Its coming straight to DVD/ Blu-ray. Non-fans wouldn't go see this if it was in the theaters, lol. The movie is apparently for the gamers of the series because it falls into the overall story of the game series. I hope the presence of the T-virus means there is hope that it can return in future Resident Evil installments, hell, maybe it might even have an appearance in RE5.

I may be wrong about this seeing as Ive only played a bit of RE4 (I think Ill buy it tomorrow since I just got paid actually), but I was reading my new OXM and it said that the reason its set in Afrika is because people think all life originated there, so it would make sense that the Proginator (Mother) Virus wouldve originated there aswell. But like I said, Ive only played RE4 so Im probably wrong[QUOTE="alwayspureblood"][QUOTE="ReaperV7"]the makers of advent children should of made it......the CGI is kinda meh...will this movie release in theaters? or come straight to DVD / Blu-ray?Matt-4542

I'm just hoping that in RE5 you go into a secret umbrella lab or something like that with T-virus creatures or something. I mean based on this movie, its obvious that the T-virus isn't completely gone, because it takes place one year after RE4.
That...was...AWESOME!!!!!
Does Leon sound different from Leon in RE4? I think he sounds different...
And the CGI looks ok, no "wow" factor.

The guy who did Leon in RE4 is the same person in Degeneration, I believe. :)

Well, I know that Chris Redfield goes to Afrika to investigate a Biohazard thing, so perhaps the Umbrella corp is testing it in another continent to get less attention that they would in Racoon City again?[QUOTE="alwayspureblood"][QUOTE="Matt-4542"][QUOTE="alwayspureblood"][QUOTE="ReaperV7"]the makers of advent children should of made it......the CGI is kinda meh...will this movie release in theaters? or come straight to DVD / Blu-ray?Matt-4542

I on the other hand, think it will return in either RE5 or a future installment.
