I searched but couldn't find anything to see if someone posted this, but to those true wrestling fans
We lost a legend and possibly one of the greatest wrestlers ever on Saturday night in Japan. Misawa died by taking a backdrop suplex and landed wrong, supposidly injuring his spine. They said he died in the ambulance, but everyone knew he died in the ring. Misawa was the presidant of Pro Wrestling NOAH. He was 46 turning 47 on June 18th of this year. It was incredibly sad and a shock to the whole wrestling world.
I'm wondering if any fans knew about this and were as sad as I was. I'm still sad. I had the pleasure of seeing him live on his only trip to america to ROH. I can't belive he is gone. Chris Hero was at that event and was at ringside watching numerous people try to get him to life. The fans chanting "MI-SA-WA!" anything to get him to move. The video is up on youtube. It is depressing to watch.
