:| Appearance-wise, the joker is just as colorful as Robin, and they made that work.

I have faith that Christopher Nolan would be able to use Robin in a Batman movie and still make it enjoyable...but, I'd rather not see him in the next movie.

It would be nice if they could really pull it off. But as I said for me It lessens BATMAN's mystique. Having him *might* not be a disaster but I would be sure that It will not feel as 'Dark' like the previous BAT-NOLAN movies.

Nolan said himself that IF he makes another Batman film it will not have Robin. He said that he is portraying a 'young' Batman, and that Robin doesn't come arround until later in Batmans life.

And Christian Bale said "If Robin crops up in one of the new Batman films, I'll be chaining myself up somewhere and refusing to go to work."

People stop bashing on Robin, instead of making claims of him being dumb or "teh col0rZ" Go and actually read the comics instead of baseing your believes on assumptions. TDK is the first Batman film to actually heavily follow one of the most famous Batman comics, so seeing Robin wouldn't be much of a surprise (although it is doubtful)mexicangordo
