I just found out that my best friend that has been my friend for 13 years is moving to Norway....

Omg this has happened to me too!
When i was 14 my best friend moved to scotland (i live in England),it changed my life quite a bit,just be yourself and don't dwell on it,that's really the best advice i can give.
Edit: I stayed in contact with him through msn,but out of no where my pc broke and i didn't get one until 7 or so months after he left,but i'm kind of glad it did break because i could get on with things with out felling i was missing him.
