good movie, was hoping for a more of a shocking ending however, like the guys house blowing up :P

I enjoyed it, one of Gerald Butler's great films. Mythomniac

It's one of those films that I can't watch more than once since the excitement depends on the viewer's lack of knowledge concerning the plot. It was pretty good when I watched it, though. [spoiler] The scene where the judge answers a phone-call on her cell-phone which then explodes and subsequently blows her brains out made me jump in my seat. I really didn't see that coming. [/spoiler]

Great movie although i would prefer if he kept kicking his asses even at the end.

Not spoiling anything but as in all movies something happens in the end.

I missed the first half but i remember liking the ending.

My top three for gerald butler are

2.Rock and Rolla

3.Law Abiding Citizen

His worst being The Ugly Truth and Gamer... People are gonna bash me for dissing gamer... even though I love videogames the movie was SOO poorly acted... It was like a mix of death race (with jason statham which i kinda liked), xbox 360, and ufc mixed with alot of strip club scenes... I left the theature halfway through because i could not stand how stupid that movie was the dialogue, characters, and everything....

I wish the ending was reversed and the guy in jail won. Just my opinion.

Everyone hates the ending to Law Abiding Citizen I thought it was ok.... Man that on scene where Gerald Butler knifes that guy in the prison with Deftones Engine Number 9 playing was brutal... And that one scene with the chicks face getting blown off by her cellphone...

i thought the ending was very disapointing...not because of the feel of it or acting or anything i just really wanted his character to win...and am i the only one disappointed by the way they found his bomb? someone as smart as him wouldn't just leave such a massive clue.

I didn't like it.

But then again Gerard Butler's best movie by far is The Phantom of the Opera.

It was surprisingly decent, but the ending was pretty stupid, and ridiculous. Shame Gerald Butler is mostly doing crappy films these days.

I also found it kind of strange that [spoiler] Jamie Foxx just blew up an entire prison wing and yet presumably just walked away with no consequences... [/spoiler]

I thought it was a generic action film that used violence as a tagline. It was pretty mediocre, not bad, but not good either. None of the characters were worth paying attention to, and the dialogue felt contrived.
