Hey people,

Well, i was watching wolf creek alone last night (it was the only decent thing on tv at 11 o'clock...) and i appealed to me that it didn't particulary frighten, some of it was disturbing, and apprently its a true story, but it was meh so thats my inspiration for this thread :D.

The only film i've really been scared is the remake of the amity ville of horror, i seen it in the cinema with two mates, when i was 14.....now that did **** me up a bit :P.

Yeah, Signs was pretty much ruined when they showed the alien, but at the time I saw it I was living in these old house which made creaking sounds which sounded like the sounds the aliens made. I was only 11

I used to find it really difficult to be scared by horror films, but when I hit twenty, all of that changed.  Now I get scared really easily - it's so annoying!  I'd probably say the original Ring scared me the most.  Even though I've watched it, I can't go back and watch it again.  It was on TV recently and I had to turn it off. I get so scared it's actually unpleasant.

I never get scared by games and movies anymore :P You've just got to remember that it's impossible for the things in the movie to be true, then you won't get scared. For instance, how would the Ring girl kill you unless you've seen the videotape? A good way to make yourself not scared of things anymore is to watch something REALLY creepy or scary, or to play a game like Silent Hill.:P

Jumanji.  For real.  The tribal drums scared me more than any other movie.  Ofcourse i was in gradde 2 or 3 at the time.  Signs did a good job scarring me.  It was not a sudden scare but liek a month later i started thinking about the movie and stopped my self from sleeping much that night.

Nothing, in my opinion, beats the Blair Witch Project while your alone, in the dark.  The atmosphere in that movie is crazy, and the house scenes at the end were insane.

Frank the bunny off of donnie darko use to scare me, but the scariest movie for me was hostel, just knowing that stuff really happens. The scariest game would have to be resident evil, when those zombie dogs jumped through the windows scared the hell out of me.
