I would run away...very fast.......

I'd turn to the other people near me, and then saw "follow my lead. I have a plan."

We'd then all sneak up on the ghost. At which point I'd yell "Get her!"

But if you can take pictures of it (or SEE it, for that matter), that means that it is able to directly affect matter (you are made out of matter). This means that you cannot rule out the possibility of it being able to hurt you, even if it does pass right through walls.
