I just recently saw I Am Legend. It was really sad when his dog started to turn zombie. He tried to cure the dog and then held her like a baby :(.Will Smith was forced to choke his dog before it could attack him.

And in Saving Private Ryan, when the medic died, that scene really got me.

A few scenes in Marley and Me, but I'm pretty sure it was because I'd had to put my dog down just a short time before seeing the movie.

The Fly, when Seth Brundle emerged from the telepod, grabbed the shotgun, and put it up against his head.

And the fact that this was just a costume prop of a big slimy bug monstert makes it even more impressive. David Cronenberg made me feel more sympathy and sadness for this giant bug suit than most directors are able to manage for their HUMAN characters.

honestly, tears were falling from my eyes down my face at the beginning of UP. i wasnt like making noise or sniffling, but tears were being shed, my friend noticed and pat me on the back, i'm not embarrased tho, things like this in movies always get me. even the adam sandler remote control time travel movie when the dad died made me rly sad.

I remember watching that movie when I was a kid at a friend's house. There's nothing more embarrassing than tearing up during a "horror" movie in front of people when you're eight. :P

Anyway, I've got to say What Dreams May Come. It's one of the best and most beautiful movies I've ever seen. And one of the best demonstrations of Robin Williams' ability to act.

Oh gosh, there are too many, it takes nothing to make me cry during a film. I'll just post the most recent one in memory, around 3/4ths through Synecdoche, New York I knew exactly what was happening and what would happen. So, I started crying for pretty much the rest of the movie and my friends were asking why, I told them to keep watching, that they'll understand.... most of them ended up not understanding the film at all. I can't recall the last time I cried just so much to a movie.... it really broke my heart.

yeah it gets me everytime does anyone else that the subject matter of lion king was maybe a little too adult oriented for kids? i mean think about it, its a uncle killing a kids dad .. KILLING, pretty brutally too, and then the kid grows up determined to kill the uncle with no mercy.

It's a little embarrassing how many movies have made me cry... I rarely ever cry for reasons related to my life or anything, but movies and books make me cry easily.

Let's start the list...

-It's a Wonderful Life (the last scene)
-The Wind That Shakes the Barley (all around depressing -- the last ten minutes or so make me almost sob)
-The Pianist (the entire thing is hard to watch, but especially a few certain scenes)
-Schindler's List (again, hard to watch all around, but Schindler's speech at the end is so sad)
-Titanic (obvious)
-Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (filibuster at the end)
-Harry Potter 4-6 (lol...the deaths)
-American History X (the end)
etc.

Lion King, his dad dying.

Marley and me, towards the end I was just bawling.

I Am Legend when he has to kill his dog, and at the end when he kills himself.

Seven Pounds, when Will kills himself : (

And the one scene in the first Air Bud, where he's throwing a basketball/football whatever it was, trying to get rid of his dog.

That's all I can think of right now.

Not gonna lie, I got a tad emotional during the whole escape scene while Wikus is helping Chris get to his son. One of the most emotional shoot outs I've ever scene in my life, Sharlto gave an award winning performance.

I hadn't cried in about a 5 year span. Then I saw Up.

Within the first 10 minutes I was losing it. I pulled myself together...and the scene with the book. I lost it AGAIN. I think I almost cried at the (absolutely perfect) last shot too.

I ended up seeing it 4 times in theatres...brilliant movie. Can't wait to own it on Bluray.

You know what mine is, as silly as it sounds. When spoke died. I was not a Trekky but Star Trek was a big thing then and we all knew Spock. I couldn't believe that would happen.

Silly idiots for bringing him back mind, ruined that drama a bit.

It was some movie with denzel washington in it. I think it was called john Q. I cried when he was about to kill himself so that way the doctors could transfer his heart out to his son. That was so sweet and sad:cry:

Oh god I hated that movie! I wanted to watch a comedy! That's what it was advertised as, that's what it suggested, but it started to get too into it's moral self. Family first and all that crap. The message is also very optimistic and doesn't apply to everyone, so shut up and give us a comedy.

I wish Up would hurry up and get released over here .

Some films that come to mind are Lion King, Fox and the Hound and Wall-E.

Wall-E was amazing though, how in that last scene, and pretty much the whole film was full of emotion through Wall-E and Eve, just with pretty much saying there names, eye movement and body language.

I really feel like crying in a lot more movies and i seem to be getting more and more sensitive to them, but i usually try my best to hold in the tears out of embarrassment. But 2 movies that come to mind are Dead Man Walking, and The Green Mile. Both the deaths in those movies were so sad.

Totally, that man is the face of evil but they manage to take it that far without making him into something that was corny and unbelievable. Props to Del Toro for making such a heinous and believable villain. He's up there with Lil Ze on my list of 'best villains ever'

Yeah, it's him and another foreign movie, Zavulon from Night Watch, who are the best bad guys not requiring a tonne of make up to appear evil.
