Scrubs fans. Do you think the show is funny?

I love Scrubs. I have for quite sometime now. Something I noticed though is that all the stupid daydreaming and jokes that are just plain dumb I dont find funny at all. I think I like the show because normally the show has a great meaning too it. I tend to try to take what the show is saying and apply it too my life. I like the little life lessons they throw in and thats why I watch the show. I very rarely think the show is funny.

Basically I am just wondering if other Scrubs fans watch the show because it's funny and if not what other reasons do you watch it for.

It has its moments.

The older episodes have a nice mix of humor and pathos. I find it funny, yes.

It was funny until they came out with season 8 with all the interns at medical school.

It has its moments, particularly earlier on. Some of the later seasons were kinda struggling with the funny, but the last season (I mean the actual last season, not that new non-Scrubs crap they spewed out last year) was back to form I thought. Nice way to properly end the series. :)

When I first started watching it I thought it was a riot, but those were better times when I wasn't depressed. Plus it's difficult to laugh when I've seem them all. Coincidental Last nights episode made me laugh a bit, but I was drinking last night so I was in a better mood.

Scrubs is a funny show. It may not be laugh out loud funny but it's still funny. If it wasn't for James McGinley (Cox), Bob Kelso and the Janitor the show would suck. All of the other characters are perfect for the setups, but they need Cox, Kelso and the Janitor to work.

Another problem is the show started as a back to back setup. Then it ventured into personal issues and all of the drama that comes with the personal issues. I watched scrubs to laugh, not for some shoddy drama.

I've only seen a few episodes, but it has its moments where it just makes me laugh.

Of course, it's a great show.

The show makes me cry, too.

Loved all seasons, except for nine obviously.

Todd was the worst main castcharacter but still managed tobe funny every now and than. Like when he would do something off the wall. Such aswalk aroundwearing nothing but a stuffed speedo, put his hand up and say something like "Awsome dong five." ButTodd is the type of character thatbecomes too much very quickly. The Todd must be taken in moderation.
