See you're web history...not the browser history

Is there anything out there that will show you how many websites you've registered with over your entire internet escapades? It occured to me today while I was arbitrarily signing up for a website and wondered, "How many pointless websites have I joined all together?" Is there such a thing that will show me how many websites I've joined?

Yes, the Government is using it to track you. You cannot have it...

There's bound to be some advertisement company that let's you pay them to view your information. I've never really looked into it.
