seem to cant fix my sleeping schedule...

i like when i go to bed at 12am-1am and wake up at around 9-10am. Now i go to bed at like 3-4am and wake up at like 12pm-2pm.

I know, I know, i tried fixing my sleeping schedule by going to sleep when i get tired and just force myselft to wake at 8-9am. I dont this like 5 times and still i manage to last till 3-4am on like 5 hours of sleep. I dont know how i do it. BTW im only 15.

Buy some Melatonin at the pharmacy. It will be in the vitaman section. It's a natural sleep aid that works quite well. Take it about an hour before you'd like to be asleep.

I'm kinda the same way and have been like that all my life. I can never fall asleep when I need to unless I take something.

Go to school or something. I just started going back. Before I was sleeping at 4AM and wake up at 2PM. Now, I can barely keep my eyes open.

I have the same problem too.

Try to distance yourself from things like your phone 1-2 hours before you sleep.
