both great bands in my eyes, a bit different but amazing in their own right. i dont even think we should compare these bands i voted sepultura because in my opinion their better albums were better than overkills best ones. but overkill does equal it out with about 13 all solid albums. highly reccomend both bands. bobby blitz's voice is awesome :P to make it more interesting id have made this a sepultura vs kreator thread, their more similar and the most brutal of thrash.

old Sepultura is awesome, Overkill is just awesome, i voted Sepultura though cause i personally like Arise, and Beneath The Remains more than anything Overkills done
