I currently have a Linksys WRT160 N as my main router in my basement with my Xbox, Wii ect hardwired directly to it. Only problem is, the wireless upstairs is quite poor and I need it to be faster. I have an old D-Link DI-624 that I was planning on using as the wireless bridge to put in the upstairs and have my desktop and upstairs Xbox running off it. Only problem is, that particular router doesnt support bridging so I was thinking of making that my main router (Put in the basement and hardwire Xbox and Wii to it) and using the Linksys WRT160 N as the bridged router (Upstairs and wirelessly connect my desktop, and laptops and hardwire my other Xbox). Can someone explain to me how to do this? Thanks in advance!
