I know all about safety, equipment and rules. I live in IL and I was wondering if I need a liscence or a permit or anything legal was involved

cyberspider2
play on private property and make sure everyone has the orange tips showing and you're good to go. if you play on public property like a park or something than i would imagine you would need to contact the city for a permit. I am not 100% sure though
