OT users, do you have a set diet, or schedule with the same routine food every week, or do you just pop in some microwave pizza or eat some noodles like the stereotypical middle-lower class citizens portrayed everywhere?

I personally consume food stuffs during that time. I lift weights so no real diet except as many caleries as I want and as much carbs as I want.

I eat a variety of things over a seven day period. I have no set diet really.

It varies every week, I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, portions change. Sometimes I eat dessert, and if I feel like it I'll snack on something during the day. I have no set diet of any kind.

My weekly Diet is something like this:

2days with fish (or shellfish), 2 veggie days (no meats of any kind), and 3 days with meat.

Not because I try to be healthy, but because I like trying out recipies ^^

My friend's dad is the owner of this Thai restaurant. He's a really cool guy. Gives me discounts and free food.

As for Chinese food it isn't actually that expensive around where I live.

Basically, I eat any edible food that can be found in either the microwave, fridge, or the table. The only food that never changes in my diet are apples (or pears) I buy everyday at the convenience store.

Well since my mom is gone for vacatios for about 3 month in EU, I think I'll probably gain some weight because we are eating in our grandmother's house. Hehe So is really a lot of different kind of foods sometimes I just eat fast food others homecooking or restaurant cooking so pretty unbalance though I play football. ( not NFL )

Most days I have lunch, dinner and a snack at night. If I've got nothing to do during the day tho I tend to pig out on junk :(

My diet isn't set in stone since I eat whatever I feel like eating. The only constants are rice, water, and fruits.

Now I'm eating an apple >_> Well, my second apple. The only constant thing I eat is subway. I generally get one 12" sub from subway a week.

I'll eat anything that tickles my fancy really.. i eat an awful lot of unhealthy food. Yet i am still not fat :P Oddly thoe i never eat when i am outta the house.

Uh, neither of those. What the hell kind of question is this? I don't think that "stereotype" even exists outside of your head. Well, it exists, except it's about college students... Seriously, how does not having specific planned meals according to the day of the week preclude having a healthy diet? That makes no sense.

Routines are so boring. I cook every meal with different things every time. One night last week I had Moroccan Chicken and another was Chicken Merlot. I mostly eat fish or chicken. It's been about 2 weeks since I had any beef. I like cooking though, so my meals vary a lot.

I was kind of wondering that myself. Is it common in his house to have a dietitian plan out his week or something? But to be fair, probably most of the people on this site are college age or younger.

I'm not on a set diet at all. I've been ordering a lot of pizza lately. 5 5 5 deal from Dominoes. Thin crust pizza is so good.
