Sure.
About a week ago, where I work one of the women there who seems to have absolutely no shame whatsoever, decided to grab my ass when I was bending over. She constantly makes quite extraodinary statement, and is highly insensitive about racial issues and treats the handicap worker rather harshly.
My job is seriously weird. Of the 5 or so women who work there, 4 of them are pregnant, and its their SECOND child for each of them. That may not sound weird, but when you count the fact that none of them have passed school and they are all under 22, yeah its weird. None of them have any aspirations.
It would easily be classified as sexual harrasment, but I honestly don't give a damn. Stuff like that is not really worth reporting. People are just hypersensitive nancies these days.

Ya rly, you would tell a joke or word something the wrong way and there's a laysuit in your face, it's one of the stupid things today, people can't take a joke/compliment.

You can't actually level person lawsuits like you can in America where I live, so the repurcussions of sexual harrasment are not potentially as great.
But its more of a slander issue. You get a reputation and it goes on your crim record. Thats what sucks.
And its ALWAYS guys who get it, admittedly sometimes the bastards deserve it, but honestly I've seen WAAY more sexual harrasment from females than males. They get away with it because of bloke culture, you don't go running to mumma when something goes wrong.
Yep. I was 14, working illegally in a pizza shop. My boss was always drunk and one day he felt me up so I quit. I wish I was joking :|tofu-lion91
Woa, Jesus, like full on gropetastical drunkeness?
Thats always kind of an eyebrow raiser.
that's actually true....I can honestly say I've been made to feel uncomfortable in the workplace.....but seriously...at teh end of the day....who cares?....And its ALWAYS guys who get it, admittedly sometimes the bastards deserve it, but honestly I've seen WAAY more sexual harrasment from females than males. besides serious sexual harrassment cases...(such as tofu's above) Sexual Harassment goes like this.......If the opposite sex finds you attractive it's flirting.....if not....it's sexual harrassment.....Omni-SlashWow. Just wow. That's not true at all.

No one, especially not your colleagues. You just don't talk about it.
Why your MEANT to do is bottle it up for 40 years and then snap when you can't take it anymore, and then go on an insane homicidal rampage with a gun.
Wow. Just wow. That's not true at all.Empty_Worldit most certainly is....I've seen it with my own two eyes......men and women will make comments back and forth...but as soon as somone whom the male of female doesn;t find attractive makes those comments......it get's taken as OMG harrassment.......

It's not about attraction. If someone is friends with you you are more apt to play along than if someone is a stranger or you think they may be serious. Big difference.

Big difference. Empty_WorldTHat goes without saying......but you're jumping to conclusions.....you're assuming that they are two friends....I've seen people in my office get completely offended if a stranger makes a comment (them being less attractive).....and then get completely flirty giggly when another more atractive stranger does the same.....it's all about looks 9/10.....

That is the definition. You seem to be confusing sexual harassment with flirting mate.
[QUOTE="Anti-Venom"]well said..now that opinion changes my mind completely...:roll:not true

Wow...that was easy

You seem to be confusing sexual harassment with flirting mate.Empty_WorldTHanks for clearing that up :| ....sexual conduct can be considered remarks or unwanted advances....maybe in (asutralia I'm assuming) it's different.....but don't assume to know what I understand the case to be.....
