I don't understand why so many men are against shaving their legs. Do you enjoy being hairy?
"Hairy" and having hair are too different things. I have hair on my legs, but I'm not "hairy" despite what my sister says when she pulls my leg hair.I mostly wear long pants anyway so I don't care.
But the point here is that guys who shouldn't shave their legs for one reason or another shouldn't shave their legs, and this just happens to be a lot of males.
if your saying not to shave can you give me a reason why. Plus what do you mean if i shave it then just trim it how do i trim my leg hairs :/ ?
Plus its acceptable for cyclists/sport players to shave there legs and eveyones fine with it but for an ordinairy guy that has hairy legs its not?
If you go South America, all of the professional people are EXTREMELY clean people in general, they have absolutely no hair on their bodies, brush four times a day and shower AT LEAST twiceFirstDiscovery
im half spanish and my mum comes from south america, chile. and what you just said made no sense, like what does that got to do with me shaving my legs...

Yes, absolutely. Shaving will only make the hairs grow back quicker.
Whilst on the other hand, waxing will last longer (About 4-6 weeks before it grows back)
Although waxing does tend to be more painful..
A good thing about waxing is that it will make the hairs grow back finer than what they used to be, so they won't be as noticeable. ;)

Well why do it? Its natural to have hair on our legs. So why go to all this effort to shave them every now and then. Seems like unnecessary work.Lots of men who cycle competitively or just casually will shave their legs as well. The reason for this is if you have a wreck and cut your leg up, all it takes is a wet wash cloth to wipe down the cut quickly. If you have hair, it can get into the wound and cause all sorts of issues.
I am going to be doing a triathlon shortly here and have been debating the issue myself. It's faster for swimmers (unless you are wearing a wetsuit in which case it doesn't matter) and it's more effective for cycling if you fall.
Who knows, we'll see what the decision is as the race date gets closer.
Just do whatever makes you feel better :).
People always ask me if I shave my legs. I don't I'm just not hariy. I don't grow that much hair on my stomach, legs, or arms.
Talk about unmanly.
I shave my legs semi-regularly. My advice to you is that if you're going to do it, make sure you stick with it, or things get out of control down there pretty quickly.
[QUOTE="aaaaarrrrggggg"]Wax them..... Go on..... I dare you..... :|Deihjanfor the love of God, unless you wanna make it hurt real bad, don't ever wax x.x atleast not yourself True it does hurt, there was a charity leg waxing going on at my HS but there were some strips left so we spent the rest of the day surprise waxing people :P
