No one should get the death penalty. I've always thought that death row inmates should be the subject of drug testing, as in experimental drugs should be given to them to see if there are severe side effects.

by your logic, you would want just a simple person who sells nothing but marijuana, not harming anyone, to get death penalty.

if you had said drug cartels, then maybe you would have a thread on your hands, but this is just not going to work.

The last time I went to the Philippines for vacation it actually said "Death to Drug Traffickers" or something of that effect on the customs form. Glad I didn't have a joint on me at the time...

I don't think they deserve the death penalty but they really aren't the most honest men and women out there. Although there are much worse people out there such as child molesters and murderers.

While I don't agree that drug dealers should get the death penalty like the TC said; selling drugs aren't always the only source of income. Government assistance, joining the military (if they're qualified), and minimum wage jobs can get food on the table.
