Should I add my brother on Facebook?

In the past he has not been at his best. A few years ago he went through my computer and also added my friends on MSN and spoke to them without telling me to find out information.

Now its about redemption:

I was considering adding him on Facebook to show that I have nothing to hide. If I ever get a GF it would also be easier to explain because he would see the change of relationship status (things are only official if they're on Facebook!!)

But on the other hand. I don't know how much he has changed and whether he would 'Facebook Stalk' me a lot.
