is the Droid Razr/Maxx a future proof phone or will the iphone 5 and newer phones will quadcore proccessers make the razr or nexus look absolete?

also im 15 years old so should i get the droid razr, droid razr maxx, or galaxy nexus or just wait for iphone 5 or next android phone?

Nexus. Best phone out now and for the forseeable future. Stock ICS is just so nice.

I'm sorry, but wtf does a 15 year old need a Smartphone (let alone any of the high-end ones) for? Need to check you Facebook/Twitter wherever you go? Rofl. But srsly. I got the Rezound because I didn't want something too thin (why I didn't choose the RAZR), and I've heard a large number of complains about the Nexus. Really, there numerous amounts of videos on Youtube of people reviewing probably any phone you can get on the market today, and they greatly helped me make my decision, and I'd probably suggest that (and looking around on the rest of the interbutts) to you as well.

Why does anyone need a smartphone then. I primarily use my iPhone for Facebook, music, Netflix and games. What else would it be for? I have the ability to text and call, but I mostly do other stuff on it.
