Should I get this girl suspended?

This girl at school slandered me as a ''stalker''. I had to go through a lot of crap because of her. I was constantly ostracized and lot of times I was felt so anxious I couldn't make to school. Well the tides have turned. I can get her suspended. I'm not a vengeful but I have my limits.
