Should I report this guy to Blizzard?

One guy in World of Warcraft keeps bragging about how he's a criminal, saying he never got caught and stuff. He gets all sentimental, saying how he would rather get caught by the police over killing an innocent while robbing a bank, how he loves his mother etc.

I hate him. I don't care much about reporting criminals in video games, but I really don't like this guy. You think Blizzard will call the cops on him if I report him?

I think you're taking this far too serious and need to move on. And Blizzard can't do a damn thing considering that he could be living any where in the world.

Unless you're pretty positive he's doing some awful things and isn't bluffing to look cool, I'd say don't worry :)

He is just like all those idiots in trade chat talking about how they just smoked a bowl or downed a 5th of something when they likely have never smoked or drank anything. Just people who are trying to look cool but failing miserably.
