Should OT go back to the old TOU

I see a lot of people not liking the new TOU. Should it go back to how it used to be?

I found the creative, subtle brand of implicit trolling (that the previous TOU encouraged), to be more entertaining than what floats around now.

The old ToU needed to be relaxed a bit, but they've swung way too far in the opposite direction. It's like the GS mods and admins have no concept of middle ground.

I second that emoticon. People weren't polite before, they were snarky and pretentious and flame-baiting was a sport. They're still snarky and pretentious, but now you can call them on it. Old ToU: the instigators get away scott free and the second guy takes the fall. New ToU: No falls and no getting away, unless you do something REALLY offensive you're just going to have to learn to live with each other, just like real life.
