I don't see why they can't
although everyone should be careful while playing WOW, it's addictive as drugs. one moment you try out the game because all your friends say it's cool, the other moment you are scrambling your mother's purse in order to buy that powerfull sword onlineÂ
What they do out of school hours is up to them. Anyway I don't see anything wrong with it, i'll still be gaming at that age.zeus_gb
same here
Yeah, there's nothing wrong with it. If I was a teacher that had to put up with a bunch of students all day, I would say I should be inclined to do whatever I please outside of school hours.

Heh, agreed.
most people who play the game also forgot how the sun looks like
I guess you all know this from your own experiences...
I used to play dark age of camelot (even beta tested WoW, but didn't like it), once you quit you know how stupid it was and what a waste it is.Â

yes, I collect and study WOW players, amazingly their anatomy is very similar to us human. but watch what happens when I bring one of them a piece of soup, they don't know what to do with it!! (jk :P)

Care to explain why?
No, not reallyÂ
Besides, we hold that truth to be self-evident[QUOTE="FireXero"][QUOTE="Wizz46"][QUOTE="MTBare"][QUOTE="cjek"]Anyone who plays that game is strange, teacher or not.MTBare

I played WoW for two years before i quit, i never forgot how to sun looked tho :P
I see nothing wrong in this if they:
1. Not addicted like...uhm...that was one movie at YouTube called "WoW Addcit" - that guy was crazy.
2. They do their normal work and have normal life :)Â
Personally I played WoW for a while and I finally quit. BTW I dont understand why is itso hard for people to quit WoW? I just got bored of the game and quit. Thats it. No long cold sleepless nights shaking in my bed thinking of what level I would be if I hadn't stopped playing.
Anyway, I had a teacher this year and she's about 60 years old and plays WoW. She has about 5 lvl 70 characters and on the first day of school the first thing she did was introduce herself and also introduce us to her 'then' lvl 60 night elf "Bamma". It was weird when she started talking to one of the WoW players in our class about "the best way to make gold" and disscussing the advantages of certain weapons over other ones! She is an english teacher and she would use examples from WoW to teach her lessons like when she would "upgrade sentences" like this"
Hoard is cool.( then she would upgrade it and make it like this) Hoard is cool because they have orcs.
or
Bamma has long ears.(Upgrade to this) Bamma has long ears because she is a Night Elf.
I think there is no problem with teachers playing WoW but I think this was a little TOO extreme.
