No, laws need to be subject to defining the meaning of what is trying to pass.

There are reasons laws become 2000 pages long.

I know someone who has read the 2000 page health care bill.

The person who typed it up.

no. however there should be laws that makes all the content of the bill relevant to the point of the bill. it would certainly cut down a lot of the corruption in washington.

ex. no "giving new orleans $100 mil" in a freaking health care bill. wtf does that have to do with health care?
