should we ban democracy in the US?

the massacre of aizona was a sad day for the country. The murder was definitely influenced by the politicle debate and i think we should consider to Ban democracy and work all together like they do it in china and russia.

There are plenty of Democratic countries that are very functional, I think you will find that the countries that top the list for the highest Standard of living all have democracy in common.

Democracy doesn't work all the time. I'd rather Iran and Egypt remained as monarchies other wise standards of living would have been much better than how they are right now. What's the point of electing yourself and voting if the whole thing is corrupt.

They don't agree, they have no choice. It's not their land nor their lifr. They are just subjects.

Democracy is not to blame. And the states would not allow it. The states would oppose federal law. We will never give upSovereignty. The rest of the states aren't going to compromise theirowngovernment foranother state.

The United States is a union ofindependently governed states united byfederation. I'll take a republic under democracy over a republic under tyranny any day.

That's what I'd say if I was American. Also, I'd probably be a Southerner. What I'm saying from an outside perspective, in a subjectively better country, run by an actually better government (barely) is that a military coup would not be the worst solution you guys could come up with.

Not really. I'm Australian, and you can get a license to operate firearms when you're 12, and own one at 18. It's a lot easier to get a gun license than a car one.
