I like shy people because they tend to be less busy. My ex was outgoing and there was always something going on or people around and I ma more of a solitary person.
Same. But I guess if I really had to choose... Outgoing? While a shy guy would be really cute, I'm not the most outgoing of people and someone opposite of my nature might be good for me.

Somewhere in the middle. I'm very much an introvert so things aren't going to work if she wants to go out every night. But at the same time I don't want someone who is too shy to casually talk about anything. (I don't think a shy person is going to laugh as hard as I do when I tell a group of people that the doctor was drunk when he circumcised me.) I need someone who is kind of an introvert but still very open and not shy.

I prefer outgoing girls because I'm fairly shy around new people. Once I know someone well though I'll talk to them all the time. A lot of people say I talk way to much, but people who don't know me well think I don't talk much.
Outgoing. A hint of shyness is okay... but babysitting a shy person at a social gathering sucks. I'm too independent and want to mingle - I hate being with someone who wants to be attached to me the whole time.
Well, it's easier for me if they're outgoing because I'm quite shy, but I often can't keep up with ridiculously outgoing people, so I ultimately prefer shy introverts.

People with less self confidnece probably go for shy as they're seeminlgy easier to get. ..Although finding a shy girl is a lot harder then finding a shy boy.
